On the day we arrived in Havana, and after we checked into our hotel rooms, we left the hotel and traveled to Cotorro to visit the first playground site we were replacing. Upon our arrival in Cotorro, all the volunteers went to the Mayors office, where they were enthusiastically greeted by the Mayor and other city officials.
