On the fourth day, September 27, our group of volunteers began construction at the 3rd Playground Site in Arroyo Naranjo. This park was the favorite of many volunteers because of its large, shady trees. Construction went smoothly and quickly until just after lunch when black clouds came rolling in. Rain halted production at about 2pm. We returned the following day to complete construction of the equipment. After we left Cuba, the local workers finished building the wall around the park and opened the site for the children.
