On Wednesday, September 28, we begin construction at the final site. In Guanabacoa, the volunteers unpack, assemble and construct the last set of equipment. The weather was once again sunny and hot but the threat of another rainstorm again was imminent because of the high level of humidity. Construction went well until just after lunch when once again, the rain halted production. Since we were already ahead of schedule, the volunteers returned to the hotel.
