On our last night in Havana, the volunteers celebrated at dinner, along with Cuban workers and city officials. We gathered together to show our appreciation for each other - a true team effort that makes our Playground Projects a success! We also honored our Top Fundraisers with certificates...congratulations and many thanks to Daryl DeLuca (who raised an astonishing $4,075.05), Jennifer Del Sole ($3,335) and Christine Rahilly ($3,235). Each of our Top Fundraisers were reimbursed witht their domestic air-travel costs and the overall Top Fundraiser, Daryl, also won $100.00 gift certificate from Amazon.com.
