U.S. Regulations and the U.S. embargo on Cuba severely restricts exports, travel and financial transactions with the Republic of Cuba. For each Playground Project, It’s Just The Kids, Inc. obtains all the necessary licenses needed to implement this project including the license required from the Office of Foreign Asset Control to travel to Cuba (currently #CT-4607) and the license required from the Bureau of Export Administration to export and ship playground equipment to Cuba (currently #D332643).
